You always think that with 6 int 2 rec and 1 wis , you will get 1 int per level . Well let's have a look at Avyn's suggestion and you will clear about it !
Pure Wis UM Mage is only an additional 2,250 MP at Lv50. 1 Wis per level is 250, not even enough to cast a single Storm.
Wis is needed for accuracy starting in Pando, but at that level ( Shaiya Powerleveling ) it can be easily lapised.
If you don't have tons of Shaiya Gold for Luc , so you can stick with 9 Int per level .
And it really depends on what your scope is. There is no one perfect build that will suit all purposes .
